Located in H Queen’s, Migas Hong Kong is the city’s first tri-concept destination, combining a restaurant, a bar and a dedicated music lounge under one roof.

Designed as a contemporary urban mercado, the venue invites guests to wander, taste and discover, much like strolling through a European market hall filled with the aromas of just-prepared food.

The space includes an airy dining room, the Barcelona style vermuteria, an outdoor terrace, a Lab Kitchen for live culinary sessions and an immersive Music Lounge that evolves throughout the day and night.

IDENTITY

Echoing the spirit of a traditional market, the kitchen operates with a daily rhythm shaped by the arrival of fresh produce, premium meats and seafood sourced each morning. Central to this evolution is a deep commitment to craftsmanship: sausages, sauces, marinades and other core components are made in-house daily. This ethos supports an ingredient forward menu influenced by Spain, France, the Levant and North Africa which balances rustic soulfulness with contemporary technique.

The kitchen is led by Chef Jarrod Verbiak, Culinary Director of Migas Group, whose two decades of global experience shape a menu that flows from lighter daytime plates to heartier shared dishes in the evening. He is joined by Chef Li Siu Fung, whose Hong Kong and Macau pedigree - including L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana and Estro – brings a deep understanding of local tastes. Together, they curate a menu that mirrors a Mediterranean market table, encouraging sharing, sampling and spontaneous discovery.
